Devva is a business automation studio in the United Arab Emirates. These terms cover the use of this website. A project is covered by the proposal both sides agree in writing.

The site

The pages describe how Devva works. They are an introduction, not an offer to start work, and not legal, financial, or technical advice for your business.

Prices

Figures on the pricing page are starting points. They are not a quote, a package, or a list of hours. The investment for a piece of work is agreed in a proposal.

When work starts

A project starts when both sides agree a proposal in writing. That proposal sets the scope, the tools involved, the investment, the timing, and who is responsible for what. We do not promise a date before then.

How the work is built

The automation is designed around how the business already runs, and built into the tools you already use. A person stays involved where a decision needs one. Where it is appropriate, the system is built so you keep ownership of the process and the data.

Examples

Journeys shown on the site are illustrations of how an automation can move. They are not results from a named client.

If a proposal and these terms differ

The signed proposal applies to that project. These terms continue to apply to the website.
